Procedure: EAP: Team members may obtain confidential counseling services and/or health consultations in person, by phone, or on-line, offered with dignity and respect by H&H Health Associates. A caring, licensed counselor may be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days per week by calling 314.845.8302 / 800.832.8302 or by visiting their website at www.hhhealthassociates.com, for a confidential appointment. The EAP provides short-term counseling at many convenient locations for the Chicago, Denver, Kansas City, Leawood, Nashville, Las Vegas and St. Louis communities. If a team member’s case requires a referral for long-term assistance to an outside professional, the EAP will work with the team member and our current medical provider in order to find the most cost-efficient provider. “Supervisor referrals” to the EAP may be made in situations where a team member’s job performance is affected by professional and/or personal responsibilities. The “supervisor referral” may be used in conjunction with RubinBrown’s progressive discipline procedures. All services offered by the EAP remain strictly confidential, except where required by law. If there is a job-related referral (also known as a “supervisor referral”), the team member’s Career Advocate(s) (or Human Resources and/or Partner-In-Charge of Human Resources) can only be told if: On-Demand Mental Health Resource: Team members can access Headspace Care by downloading the Headspace Care Emotional Support app on a smartphone. In the app, tap “Get Started,” then “My Organization.” Then follow the app’s prompts for setup. RubinBrown does not have access to the list of participants or the conversations between team members and their care team. Team member information is securely stored and protected. For further information, please reach out to the HR Department • The team member did not keep a scheduled appointment • A plan of action has been established to solve the problem, or • The team member is or is not following the EAP recommendations.
