Background: RubinBrown values the passion and dedication team members bring to work each day. For this reason the firm provides team members with the best solutions and support. Team members' well-being comes in many shapes and sizes which is why the firm provides access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and an On Demand Mental Health Resource. These programs are to help team members with personal problems that might adversely impact work performance, health, and well-being. Both the EAP and On-Demand Mental Health Resource are firm-paid benefits for full time regular status or part time (FWP) regular status team members working 1,000 hours a more annually. Policy: RubinBrown's EAP provider is H&H Health Associates. From time to time, a team member may encounter situations arising from, or related to, personal and/or work issues. In most instances, problems impacting a team member’s work and/or ability to perform are best solved at an early stage. There is no cost to the team or family member. RubinBrown's On-Demand Mental Health Resource is Headspace Care. Headspace Care offers on-demand, confidential mental healthcare through coaching via text-based chats, self-care activities, and video-based therapy and psychiatry—all from the privacy of a smartphone. Team members can chat with a coach 24/7. Team members can also meet with a licensed therapist or psychiatrist privately via video, on weekends and evenings. Headspace Care is a licensed medical provider in the United States. Headspace Care therapy and psychiatry services are available for members in the United States only.
