Background: Team member orientation is designed to make our team members feel welcomed, valued and prepared for their experience with RubinBrown. Policy: Team member orientation sessions are presented to welcome new team members and returning team members to RubinBrown. The Team Member Orientation provides information regarding our culture, core values, philosophy, policies, and guidelines, as well as benefits and eligibility. Procedure: During orientation, team members will be asked to provide the documentation which establishes identity and eligibility to work in the United States. Team members receive building access badge, FOB/card, office and desk keys, parking cards (in applicable offices). All of these items are considered to be the property of RubinBrown and must be returned to the Firm upon separation from the Firm. All remaining paperwork, compliance related training, and online enrollment forms must be completed and submitted to the Human Resources Department no later than 30 days following team members start date. Team Members will also be introduced and acquainted with their prospective departments for departmental training and orientation. Additionally, all new team members are required to attend the “Chairman Orientation”, which is scheduled two times throughout the year. Invitations to the “Chairman Orientation” will be extended via email through the Continuing Education calendar.
