Background: RubinBrown recognizes that due to the skills and/or experience required for some specialized positions, it may be necessary to use the services of an external recruiting agency to aid in the search for qualified candidates. Policy: External recruiting agencies may be utilized for qualified open positions listed on the RubinBrown website. External recruiting agencies must have an active contract / agreement of service terms approved by the Director of Recruitment. This should be kept on file with the Talent Acquisition team. Procedure: External recruiting agencies must follow the Firm's procedures on candidate referrals. Once a candidate is hired, a copy of the bill for services should be sent to Recruitment/Human Resources in order to obtain all necessary approvals. A copy of the bill will be added to the candidate file and the original will be forwarded to the Financial Management Department for processing and payment. The Firm reserves the right to terminate a Recruiting Agency relationship to meet the needs of the business or if there is a breech of contract or unethical business practices.
