Policy: When team members perform an assignment at the client's office they should adhere to and observe the client's office hours. The client's records are not to be defaced in any way. Client records should be kept secure and organized and returned promptly. Procedure: Do not ask questions of the client without approval of the supervisor of the engagement. Never argue with a client or with the employees of a client. If there is a question or difference of opinion, this should be brought to the attention of the supervisor of the engagement.
