Background: Team members represent RubinBrown at all times, in their appearance as well as by their actions, conduct and behavior. Team members are expected to project a professional, business-like appearance at all times - both in the office or off-site and before, during and after working hours. Policy: Team members may dress "business casual" during the normal course of employment including in the office, interoffice meetings, client meetings, etc. Denim jeans are allowed as part of the business casual dress. Conservative, business-like styles are preferred. "Business casual" dress includes but is not limited to casual suits, slacks, skirts, blazers, long-sleeve dress shirts, polos, collared blouses, fine knit sweaters/sweater vests, cardigans, sheath dresses, closed toed dress shoes, belts, appropriate accessories, etc. Ties are optional. In general, clothing should be pressed, shirts tucked in (unless flat bottom) and hair should be neatly arranged. No athletic shoes. On Saturdays, team members in the office are eligible to wear more casual clothing including more relaxed shirts or sweaters and athletic shoes in good condition. Team members must be aware of the attire requirements for the schedule of their day. When working on-site at a client location, team members should follow the client's dress code. This may require the team member to wear more "business professional" attire or more casual attire than RubinBrown's dress code. When working remotely, team members' personal appearance should be suitable for video meetings and calls. In the event a client meeting or dress code requires "business professional" dress, this includes but is not limited to a skirt or pant suit, buttoned down shirt or blouse, tie and dress belt (if applicable), and dress shoes. When the client's dress code is more casual than RubinBrown's dress code, team members should refrain from dressing more casual than RubinBrown’s dress code. For professional social events, team members should refer to the dress code for the event to determine the appropriate attire.
