Background: RubinBrown is a smoke-free environment. Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all areas including common work areas, conference and meeting rooms, private offices, break rooms, restrooms, stairwells, and all other public areas of our offices. Procedure: The smoke-free environment applies to all team members, clients and guests as well as all functions held within RubinBrown during and outside normal working hours, including weekends. Smoke breaks should not be excessive in length and should only occur in the building management designated smoking areas. Please ensure that all product remains are being disposed of in their proper containers. Team Members should adhere to client's smoking policy while at client site.
