Background: Office appearance is a reflection of yourself as well as the Firm when clients and guests are visiting. Clients, guests and recruits are often given tours through our office areas. Policy: All work areas are to be neat, orderly, and businesslike at all times to maintain a professional business environment in which to complete work and provide service to our clients. Procedure: Documents and/or files containing confidential information should be locked and/or stored in a desk drawer or file cabinet. Food and beverages should be consumed in the team member break room or personal work areas, in most situations. When it is appropriate to consume food and/or beverages in your personal work area, timely, appropriate disposal and cleanliness is required. Personal articles should be placed in areas designated and not left visible in work stations. Closets and hooks are provided for team members to hang coats and jackets. Countertops must be clear of boxes, excess paper, and debris. At the end of the work day, files should be returned to cabinets and a general “clean-up” of each team member’s work area should be completed before leaving. Team members working in a shared workspace environment should ensure their personal items are removed from the workspace (office/workstation) at the end of the reservation period to ensure the space is ready for the next team member. For any personal or client files that need to be stored between reservations, shared lateral file drawers should be requested through the reservation system, AgilQuest. Team members should utilize sanitizing wipes to wipe down work surfaces in conference rooms and workspaces to prepare them for their next reservation. All team members using the break room and kitchen areas are expected to demonstrate consideration and cleanliness by keeping these areas in proper order. If a mess or spill is identified, team members should promptly notify their local administrative manager to avoid accidents or stains. In accordance with our lease agreements, no animals (except for service animals in the company of a disabled person) or pets shall be brought or permitted to be in the Building or the Premises.
