• If needed, adjust schedules to work hours of the client. • Radios or other forms of music should not be played, which includes the use of headphones. • Client records should be returned promptly and in the same manner received. Forms of Communication : Each has its advantages and disadvantages, however, the general order of response should be: 1. Face to Face – Best for relationship building and obtaining an understanding of issues

2. Phone / Video Calls – More personal than e-mail or letters 3. Letters and Memos – Good for conveying technical advice 4. E-Mail – Good for providing immediate response
