Federal employees are covered by a Federal law similar to COBRA. Those employees should contact the personnel office serving their agency for more information on temporary extensions of health benefits. Further information on FMLA is available from the nearest office of the Wage and Hour Division, listed in most telephone directories under U.S. Government, Department of Labor, or visitwww.dol.gov/whd. For questions about TAA, call the HCTC Customer Contact Center at 1-866-628-HCTC (4282) (TDD/TTY: 1-866-626-HCTC (4282)). You may also visit the HCTC Web site at www.irs.gov/hctc. Keep Your Plan Informed of Address Changes: In order to protect your family’s rights, you should keep the Plan Administrator informed of any changes in the addresses of family members. You should also keep a copy, for your records, of any notices you send to the Plan Administrator.
