Background: The RubinBrown logo (and the logos of its affiliates such as RubinBrown Advisors, RubinBrown Corporate Finance, ABACUS Recruiting, and the internal brand, Be Your Best for Others) has become the familiar symbol of respect, continuity and longevity within our expertise at the firm and across the organization. Policy: It is the policy of RubinBrown to maintain consistency with any use of the RubinBrown logo(s) (including the logos of its affiliates); establishing consistency throughout our Firm strengthens client recognition and brand appearance. All logo requests and usage should be approved by the Marketing Department prior to use. Procedure: Any printed copy, Internet site, advertisement, announcement, promotional items, etc. using the RubinBrown name or referring to RubinBrown LLP (including the logos or names of its affiliates) must comply with a few basic guidelines and must be approved by the Marketing Department prior to publication. Items covered include, but not limited to: • Advertisements for newspapers, radio, television, trade journals, magazines, brochures, trade association bulletins, social media, etc. • Promotional items, swag, and giveaways • Requests for in-firm photographs, videotape footage, etc. • Requests for sponsorship from civic, professional, community and/or other groups • Requests for endorsements from product vendors, consultants, etc. • News articles, interviews, webinars, video productions, editorials, research papers, social media posts, and/or other business related commentary • Announcements/notices dealing with: • Purchases

• Management changes • Operating schedules • Compensation • Benefits

RubinBrown’s Marketing Department will be responsible for the design, creation, and publication of all external materials. Under no circumstance will team members, vendors, etc. be allowed to modify RubinBrown or an affiliate’s logo, colors of the logo, or style, nor shall any the Firm's logos be used to create logos for individual service lines or industry groups.
