Background: RubinBrown recognizes the need to be prepared in the event of an emergency situation. Policy: It is the policy of RubinBrown to provide procedures well in advance of emergency situations, provide a safe workplace free from violence and harassment, and equip team members with strategies to help keep our workplace safe and secure. Procedure: RubinBrown will conduct a regular risk assessment and require annual team member training on workplace violence, which may include physical acts, threats, intimidation, harassment, or any other behavior that creates a hostile or unsafe work environment. This policy applies to all individuals working around us, including all team members, contractors, clients, visitors, and any other individuals who interact with the workplace.
