Background: RubinBrown recognizes the need to be prepared in the event of an emergency situation. Policy: It is RubinBrown’s policy to provide an AED Unit in each of it's office locations with more than 20 team members onsite for use during emergency situations. Procedure: In the event of a medical emergency, volunteer Emergency Management Team Members are trained on administering CPR and using the AED unit. If applicable, the office is equipped with an AED unit and supplies. Its location should be marked with a sign and clearly marked on floor maps. There are also monthly equipment checks made by the captain of the Emergency Management Team.
