If employees can effectively and efficiently complete their job responsibilities either from their homes or onsite with the populations being served, will your organization need as much administrative space? Additionally, could your existing space be reconfigured to allow for more shared spaces for employees to work together and collaborate, but not necessarily have a dedicated workspace?
