Manufacturing & Distribution – continued

“If you do what everyone else is doing and you draw your wisdom from the crowd, you will find yourself just another supplier of the same product, service or skillset.” Understanding the job to be done forces you to think of alternatives to the current state! Our presentation focused on the importance of challenging existing accounting practices and financial reporting practices to support continuous improvement. The accounting and finance team are a critical component to a culture of continuous improvement and to providing the right information to decision makers so that your company can innovate.
